Well, Jason proposed to me on the flight to Miami, which was a stop on our way to our trip to the Bahamas a couple of weeks ago. It was May 3, 2008, and our flight left Dallas at 6:00 AM!!!! And we all know what a lovely morning person I am =) ha ha. So, anyway, I was nearly asleep, and the captain came over the intercom and gave the usual "flight drill"-- what the weather was like, when we'd arrive, our flying altitude, etc.-- then announced for everyone to please turn their attention to seats 15D and E (our seats, obviously) for a special announcement from Jason Tidwell! He asked me to marry him, and I was SOOOOO surprised. I said "yes," of course. We're so excited to be getting married, and feel so blessed to have found each other.
